When I first began my fitness journey I did it ALL WRONG! I had a very appearance-driven mindset which, unfortunately, lead to a low-calorie-high cardio-focused and unsustainable lifestyle. After years of making myself miserable and feeling like a failure, I knew there had to be a better way.
I'm here to tell you, there is!
I now thrive off fuelling my body with food I actually enjoy and living an active, balanced life. That means both exercising and socialising with friends. I have absolutely no guilt for having a takeaway on the weekend or having a few ciders on a sunny day! ☀️
My life involves the things that make me happy! I love my body for it!

NO FOOD RESTRICTION
At the start of 2020, I was so down and hard on myself with the isolation weight gain. I was lazy and unmotivated.
Then ever since joining, I feel happier, fitter and more motivated.
It’s not just the weight drop or toning up. But my attitude is completely different, I don’t give it up anymore if I have one bad meal, I accept it and move on. This for me is the biggest gain.
