Because I am committed to each one of my client’s success, I have established relationships with other top notch fitness professionals. We share an enthusiasm about fitness and love what we do. We are all certified by reputable associations and carry a wealth of experience and knowledge. We know our stuff! About Sagdrina

I have an extensive background in personal training and performance. With a Bachelor's degree from UGA in Education, I am able to find a teachable moment in most situations. I see personal training as an opportunity to educate people on the importance of taking care of their body.
I believe that it is important to design programs that fit my client's lifestyle and is designed to meet their individual goals. Cookie-cutter approaches just don't work. Whether it's a busy executive with a demanding schedule or a stay at home mom who manages the household, understanding the personal demands of a client's life is very important. As a soccer mom of three, I know how important it is to create balance in your life. I help my clients make that happen.
I challenge my clients to reach their full fitness potential by using a variety of exercises and drills. I keep my workouts exciting, fun, and effective.
I also share my expertise and personal experiences through freelance writing, public speaking, and presentations. I have an engaging style that motivates my audience into action by relating to their everyday life experiences.
