Policies for Employee-Funded Group Fitness Classes
At Inner Strength Fitness (ISF), we strive to offer amazing group fitness classes taught by the finest in the industry. Our policies are intended to provide a smooth experience for the organizer, the participants, and the instructors. We are able to offer highly competitive rates to employees by adhering to a consistent, reliable set of policies and procedures.
Inner Strength will work directly with an onsite ‘organizer’ at each corporate location. Organizers act as liaisons between participants and ISF and will work directly with ISF management to structure a class that will meet the needs of all participants.
The organizer will be responsible for collecting payments for the classes offered.
Please note the following policies and procedures:
No promises or arrangements should be made by organizer on behalf of ISF. Any questions or concerns should be handled by ISF management.
Classes must have a minimum of ten paid participants to be considered “made”. If a class does not become “made”, the organizer will be responsible for returning all fees to the participants.
A class schedule will be determined at the beginning of each session, and there are no makeup sessions.
In the event that an instructor is unable to attend a session due to emergency or illness, a substitute will be provided.
In very rare cases, the class will be rescheduled to a date mutually agreed upon by the ISF management and the organizer.
Each participant is required to submit an Inner Strength Fitness release of liability (RIO) with class fees.
All checks must be made out to “Inner Strength Holdings.” Cash is not accepted.
All checks returned by a banking institution are subject to a $30 fee. All future payments from that participant must be made by money order.
Class fees are non-transferable.
Only participants who have paid class fees and turned in RIO forms at least two business days before the first day of class will be considered a part of the class.
Late registration will be allowed on the first day of class for an additional $5.00 fee if there is space available.
Full refunds must be handled prior to fees being submitted by the organizer to ISF.
If a participant cancels registration after the funds have been turned in to ISF but prior to class beginning then the participant must submit a written request directly to the ISF office in order to receive a 50% refund.
In order to maintain the integrity of the class, no refunds will be issued once class begins.
Participants are encouraged to provide feedback about their class experience. It is our goal to provide an exceptional experience to each one of our clients. Please let us know what we are doing well as well as ways that we may improve.
